nature channel on roids, or why my dog is on antibiotics. and prozac.

This enormous black snake has been doing a summer internship torturing Sullivan. The thing stands (or whatever legless reptiles do) just outside of reach, taunting the dog all day long. 

Sully has gotten hoarse from barking.

Yesterday it wove its five foot length through the deck posts pretty much doing a serpentine dance to the tune of  Ne Ne Boo Boo.

Sully sobbed.

I turned up the volume on the TV.

Sully didn't like this cute little fellow attaching himself to the window, either.

The next morning the poor dog went back to guarding the property from serpents. And got bitten on the snout by one who had had enough of the barking.

Thus the meds.
